E4 Method
Lifedvice E4 Method
Embrace, Explore, Engage, Examine
I developed this simple method through education, experience, and years of conversations with people living exciting, scary, mundane, heartbreaking, and overwhelming lives. Most of us have had just as varied experiences in our own lives.
I want you to know that wherever you are in your story or walk in life, YOU can create the life you want. You can decide what you want to change, how big the change will be, and you decide the best way to make that change. YOU can do it! I know you can because I’ve seen many do just that.
The LifEdvice E4 Method is beautiful in its simplicity. It’s an outline, a guide, that you customize for yourself. We’ve created a trial guide because, although I’ve used this for years, I think it’s especially needed and is an important tool to share. There are many resources within reach, many easily available through social media, that can be put into practice for a healthy and happy life. And I’m so glad. But what often happens, especially when we’re just making it through our “have to’s”, we see these good tools but can’t find a way to implement them. That’s what the E4 method does - Help you put into practice the change you want or need in 4 simple steps. EMBRACE - EXPLORE - ENGAGE - EXAMINE. They are simple and as easy as you make them.
Submit your email to get the free E4 Method quick guide. It’s a “quick guide” because we’re sharing the basic information, in a one page guide with prompts for each of the 4 steps.
I know this method works and I want to share it at this time when we all can use a little, or maybe a lot, of guidance, support, and grace in learning to live life well!
